A newly built villa with well-kept and modern lines, this is the starting point of the Demeter project.

With clean and minimal shapes, attention to functionality and details in the care of proportions and soft color combinations.

The Entrance

Looking out into the house, your attention is drawn to the wall of the staircase covered in porcelain stoneware with an elegant concrete effect. The concrete effect, in a neutral tone, blends well with the luxurious glass parapet and the stairs in gray porcelain stoneware also with a concrete effect. 

Living Room

In the open plan living area, the kitchen overlooks with a strong chromatic contrast.  The open space is characterized by a minimalist furnishing project, where the accent points highlight the high quality material.

Guest Bathroom

A minimalist modern mini-bathroom in which the furniture with clean lines is the star.

Master Bathroom

The cabinet offers elegant storage solutions. The sink can be more trendy, and can have soft or square shapes, white or colored. For this bathroom the choice of a large matt white washbasin goes well with the dark base.
